First I would like to say that all the staff are amazing people. I am always greeted and ultimately welcomed as if I was a member of the collective. I left with my usual bag of goodies but honestly felt so happy just being in the room that the feeling remained so I had to give a review. I definitely recommend this shop all the time, Best in Corona!!

While this dispensary is a nice setup, the lack of a regular POS system and transparency of this prompts me to leave this review for others.

When using a debit card, it is processed as if you were withdrawing cash from an ATM machine in Fountain Valley. They will round up and give you the difference in cash. However, my last visit did not work this way and extra money was taken
without my consent.

My receipt total was $24.84 and the employee, Janette, told me she didn't have change and "owed me $0.16 cents." While unprofessional, I was ok with donating $0.16 cents to them. This means, I should've been charged $25 total.

Upon checking my bank statement, I was charged $28 plus a separate transaction charge of $2.50. It's a small amount but there are still business principles that were violated and I have been ripped off.

I attempted to contact them by email and through their website but their email address bounced back as invalid and their website contact form does not work and comes up with errors.

Screenshots of all of this have been attached. There are many dispensaries in the area so I will never purchase from this place again and do not recommend to others.

The customer service here is good, however, they are ALWAYS out of product. For example, today’s deal is 5 8ths for $55, and they didn’t have anything for the special. So why is it being advertised? They are always out of dime bags and eye Elle. I’m always on a budget so I’m always looking for good deals, and for some reason the Flower Co is always product for the deals.

Fire company is one of the few places I enjoy going especially with my service animal because I've had cancer and I always have questions about what kind of things her different questions every week about how to alleviate pain or or what's going to help me sleep things like that and people here are always so attentive so caring I mean if you could believe it that there's usually a male and a female working Management's good they never have a long line because they'll open up another person and I'm just grateful to be a part of it thank you for a flower company in Corona

I’ve been here only a few times but have always had great service, staff seems helpful and always cheerful.

They often have low inventory, off branded “look-a-likes”, or no options available.

Great discounts for locals as well as daily specials.

They DO have a public restroom which was very well maintained (or perhaps new construction?)

They have a lot of different products, a good even mix of concentrates/flower/gummies/and many more.

I gave them 3 stars:

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone local or passing by.

If your looking for a new “spot” I would NOT recommend this place. Seems like they have some inventory issues, I’ve encountered a couple instances personally. I can say they always have stock of “decent” concentrates. I’ve never bought flower from here but have seen many purchasers that appear satisfied. I’ve never heard confrontation while being in line here or browsing.

Security is great! Always at least 2 security guards walking around.

Front end checks ID, as well as upon purchase (be prepared to scan twice)

Staff seems knowledgeable and very helpful, not pushy or insisting.

Local discount as well as daily deals, 10-20% (verify upon arrival)
