This review is in regards to Chris Pressor, the school’s financial advisor. Graduating from college with thousands of student loan debt is daunting. But thankfully for Chris, he put my mind to ease and helped me navigate the right route for my student loan payments. He’s very patient, kind, and so knowledgeable! I highly recommend the students at WCU give Chris a call/email. You’ll be glad you did!

I came to this school after having a bad experience at Chamberlain School of Nursing. Yes, it is a little pricey, but it is worth it. They genuinely want you to pass your classes and will give you the resources. If you have money issues, financial aid will provide you with resources to help you find loans or scholarships to find a way to pay. All the bad things review talk about how they want you to pay… well duh, at the end of the day, it is a business. Regardless, I am pleased I attended and am thankful to the beautiful staff. Special shout out to Jasmin Askew!!

The most expensive nursing school you’ll ever attend!
I say with the price of this school might as well just go to medical school, it’s around the same price if not even more.
I attended WCU a few years ago and regret it every day of my life. I was too young and too uninformed and just signed up without really any guidance.

Beautiful campus! The programs and staff here at the Dallas campus are really impressive. They have cultivated a warm community atmosphere in this higher education space. I would highly recommend this institution.

I and my Fiancé at the time wanted to attend this financial fraud of a School. We felt ‘funny’ after attending WCU’s information session a while ago and I just understood why after reading the reviews here, and listening to the painful financial experiences of a family friend who ignorantly signed up. Who hides financial aid information till after the sign up process? What school makes it ‘pushy’ to cancel when you are no longer interested? Who throws someone into collections for just trying to get an Education We would likely go with Concordia University or other more affordable nursing schools around the Dallas/McKinney/Frisco/Plano area, who respects the pre-requisites of accredited community colleges like Dallas and Collin, Thanks guys. Your reviews saved me. Would give zero stars if I could.

The process was really easy they took all my transfer credits. I just had to retake my science classes due to the fact they are more than 5yrs old. I pay out of pocket so it is very expensive from that point. I love the fact that it is accelerate program. I work full time so it can be challenging at times. The staff is very helpful and the school has many resources for student success.

It really is a nice facility. I have toured many nursing schools and I have seen better, but overall nice facility. What I am mad about is the service I received. They let me take the TEAS and then passed me on to sign up for admissions. I just wanted to know what kind of financial aid I could get but they said I had to go through the sign up process first. Everything went well until I got to financial aid. I couldn't afford it which was fine, I knew it was pricey. So I tried to cancel my application. I got passed around to 3 different people ALL trying to convince me to pay or get a private loan for 25,000. They even tried to make my parents feel bad for not helping me pay for school (which I'm okay with. I'm 22 years old. I can handle my stuff). They were pushy and not nice at all. They really need to work on how they treat people here.
