Ohh definitely a 5 star 📈💹5️⃣✨because when I went I was happy to be seen by their admission rep 👨🏻‍💼Tony and he gave me a full description or discriptional background 🖼️of it and I was currently curious🧐 but now I am sure 🤔of what I want to do and I want to pursue my dream 😴💭🛌in here and I can’t wait to work in here but I was at the financial part and I was helped by Paslea or her name started with a p 📞☎️but she gave me a walk through the financial 🏦stuff and I was sure about it afterwards. But just to wrap that up I ended up with talking to Tony again and he said that I would be allowed to work with the financial 🏦part with the financial🏦 plan that I was given and the monthly payments that I was hearing sounded 🔊🔉🔈good. I said it was sweet and that was when or once I heard 👂🧏🏽‍♂️about the Tuesday 🗓️through Thursday 🗓️option for my schedule. 📆📅Lastly I was sure that it would fit into my schedule 📅📆because I have a schedule 📆📅for my job or as an Amazonian.👷🏽‍♂️

I’m leaving a review because while in school the teachers were all amazing and really nice but a lot was not said in the beginning of orientation so I was left in the dark with a lot. Also after graduation things change. You go to a new job not really understanding much. And when you call the school to get any information they are super rude to you and never call back and when I finally get through to the financial advisor she was so rude to me then hangs up on me. I just called to get some help with tax information.

So overall, the teachers are amazing and so nice but the school financial advisor and the front desk lady RUDE RUDE RUDE.

Read their yelp reviews. I'm super confused as to why this school has over 4 stars on google. Overpriced tuition and once they get your money from a loan they will Not care about you. My criminal Justice program cost me around $18k back in 2013-2014. Yes, I'm still paying that loan off. This school also doesn't excuse people in the military for military duties. Once you miss any school day due to "military duties" you will no longer be eligible for Perfect Attendance. Started in 2013 and graduated in 2014. The goofy "diploma" you receive for graduating is also absolutely useless and has done nothing for me. I highly recommend you go to a Real college such as a community college or a University if you can! It's more work to get into a Community College or University, but easy doesn't mean better and these trade schools such as UEI Riverside are a perfect example of that.

Just graduated from here, the faculty and staff has made my experience truly so beautiful. You become family with the people you meet. At first I was unsure if this was the right route for me, but throughout these past few months, i’ve learned to love everything i do. Matthew Padilla is an amazing instructor, he has helped me through so much. Pushing me to be the best person i can, even when life gets hard. Most importantly, Liz downstairs has been so amazing and has given me a wonderful opportunity to pursue what i love. I know the tuition can be a bit intimidating, but in the long run, it’s so worth it. Not just for the amazing opportunities given, but becoming close with classmates and faculty. This will be your new home and i hope this inspires you to take that step. You can’t fly unless you learn to fall. I hope UEI becomes your new home as it has for me. A big thank you to everyone who pushed me to be where i am today. Onto a new journey !

My boyfriend went for the pharmacy tech program and honestly that program and the school is a joke. They raise your tuition if you don’t find a job within a certain time period after graduation and they’re supposed to help you find a job but honestly they are ZERO help. The schools says you get a guaranteed job after graduation but he’s been graduated for almost a year now and has not found a job. This school doesn’t care about you and only wants your money. DONT GO HERE.

Mariel Mendez(Ms.Mendez) is the ABSOLUTE BEST INSTRUCTOR I have ever had. When I first started she was so welcoming and helped me understand the course materials better. To be honest, “it’s a lot of work” for instructors as well, but I truly appreciate how you spent your time and effort to set up different learning methods to help us understand everything better. Thank you for making it such a beautiful experience , learning different and new things out in the medical field. You truly taught me a lot. When I get out there in the field you will be the first person I think about. I cannot express enough gratitude to you, for how much you taught me, throughout these past eight months. Not only are you an amazing instructor that uses creative but smart ways to learn , you have an amazing personality and so much hope to encourage students to learn the right way. You are a true inspiration Ms.Mendez to me and to my future. Your dedication to helping other students trying to follow in your own footsteps is exceptionally admirable and I simply cannot overstate how humbled I am to have met and learned from you. Ms. Mendez thank you for choosing me as an ambassador for your class and trusting me to help other students out. I loved helping them and teaching them how to give injections, it was and will always be my favorite part of lab.

The saying; “ It takes a village” is an understatement. My village I’m proud to say is Mr. Alvarez, Mrs. De Fiesta, Mrs. Rosch, Mrs. Naomi, and Mr. Adam’s. The one that stands out is Mr. Alvarez. He has hands down walked what he talks and practices what he preaches. Inside and outside the class I have seen him hold his integrity to the utmost standard. He treats and talks to everyone with respect and in the classroom he instills the fundamentals of mannerisms, upholds up to our fullest capability because he sees in us what we fail to see in ourselves at time which is success, which is soaring past what our circumstance dictates that we are capable of. He holds us accountable because he believes in us and it shows in our work and in our lives when we leave campus. Mr.A fights for us even when we get on his last nerve he continues to be our advocate.

Ms.Valle is an amazing teacher! She genuinely cares for us and teaches us so well. She is great with communicating with us and helping us whenever we need it. I am truly grateful to have her as an instructor here in Medical Billing and Insurance Coding. Thank you for being amazing Ms.Valle!
