I have the pleasure of been customer at this place.Maria,Morena both Italians are very knowledgeable ladies about oil.They are very accurate when it comes to testing and always professional. The Customer Service is excellent.There is also a Brazilian Lady who is very nice too.I have always leave with a flavoured oil.My favourite is tangerine and basil.Last time I purchased a balsamic vinegar was superb in flavour.Pls visit this stand you will not regret it.It is a jewel inside the busy market.Unfortunately I don t live in the area any longer but I go there quiet often the weekends.Tks for your dedication when it comes to sales..Happy New Year 25 to all.

I bought a 1ltre of the Encanto. It’s delicious, many thanks to Maria and Morena for helping choose the correct bottle and oil and taking time to show me the different Olive Oils. The best place in London for artisan olive oil.

I would rate zero if I could. I had a very unpleasant experience at Olive Oil Co. The salesperson approached me while I was testing a sample bottle and was incredibly rude in telling me that I couldn’t test it because they were about to close, even though there were still three or four other customers browsing inside the shop.

Later, I asked a lady at the cashier about the difference between white and black truffle oil while purchasing a bottle. Her response was shockingly condescending—she claimed she didn’t have time to explain and implied that the topic was “too delicate” to discuss.

The attitude of the staffs was unprofessional and nasty, leaving me regretting my purchase. I won’t be returning to a store where customers are treated so poorly. I’d advise others to steer clear if you value good customer service.

I had the pleasure of visiting the shop a few days ago I was really happy with the experience I had. The sales assistant let me try the oil with shots, at each tasting they discribed the characteristics of the oil to me. It felt like I as at an oil course. Thank you for the this experience. I recommend visiting this shop to try something truly original

I visited the shop last week during my trip to Borough market. I was served by a nice and patient Italian young lady that explained to me thoroughly differences between oils and how to use them at their best. I then purchased rosemary infused oil and a Fruttato full size bottle that has genuinely changed the way my food taste. I am amazed by the quality and I recommend my friends to try it.

I was treated very poorly at the stall, I accidentally opened an olive oil I thought was a sample bottles to try as it was next to a sample bowl I was shouted at and Told off In Front of everyone , I apologised and said I would pay I was very upset no kinds words for a genuine mistake the staff were so rude at how this was handled very poorly they could have pulled me to one side and explained in a much more professional manner and explained what I had done wrong I am a 60 year old woman and was made very embarrassed in front of my family on our Yearly Christmas trip to borough market , I ended up buying some expensive olive oil for my mistake as she made me feel so guilty like I was a criminal and I apologised again and the young girl at least 30 years my junior ignored me as I paid . For the Senior manager reading this please train your staff to handle situations with customers better . You have just lost a customer who has always recommended you unfortunately this will no longer be the case

They used to be so friendly at that store but not last time. As returning customers we were very disappointed and will not come back.
