Fast response regarding an ongoing disrepair dispute with my landlord. Super helpful and very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend. Whilst am hoping not to experience this issue with my new landlord or ever again I would definitely use Stone&Co in case I need legal support.

Ethshaam Hussain and his team where very helpful with my case, my landlord refused to return my security deposit even though there was no damages to his property and on top of that he never protected my deposit in the first place.
I contacted Ethshaam and he acted promptly and managed to get not only my deposit but damages for not complying with the low.

Just leaving a quick review here with my experience with stone and co solicitors ..I worked with a gentle man named Ethshaam , trying to get my deposit back from my ex landlord, and I must say from start to finish he was brilliant , he worked closely with me and was in constant communication with me through out the process . Had an extremely awkward situation when trying to put this tenancy deposit claim through on my own. Shaam at Stone & Co Solicitors is a really nice, down to earth guy and he’s very easy to talk to. He took all of the weight and burden off of me in an instant. Despite having a minor hesitation from the opposition, the claim went quickly and smoothly.
