This was the first time I have ever ordered for delivery from party city and unfortunately it didn’t work out well. Our son‘s fourth birthday party was at milestones and party. City never showed up with his dinosaur giant balloon. My husband went and picked it up so the two stars is because the balloon was at least blown up and ready, however, because of its size, getting it into my husband’s truck required him to have half of the dinosaur out of the window, and the tail flew off and is somewhere on the highway. This was the entire reason that we wanted it to be delivered. I was really disappointed.

I placed a balloon order to be delivered to a friend as I lived out of town. Upon receiving the order, they made accommodations to make sure that the balloons would be acceptable by the hospital and didn’t charge me extra despite them being more expensive … On top of that they also went out of their way to deliver them. I spoke with Avyen and she was extremely helpful! Definitely 10/10 will be returning for any future needs 🙂

Literally the worst! The store sucks! The balloons are expensive and they don’t last. They act like we’re supposed to be balloon expert and understand what their signs mean. Alll 15 specialty latex balloons fell and my event is today and I bought them yesterday afternoon. We actually told our cashier that we were using them for today and there was absolutely no courtesy warning that they would not last until today. Spent $80 on balloons and they will still want us to pay for half to refill them. So sad!

I ordered 2 bundles of birthday balloons. They had them done in record time and as I was paying for the balloons, they slipped out of my hands, and I felt like I was watching a movie as the balloons drifted up, and up, and up, to the ceiling. My stomach dropped to the floor (as you can imagine) and then a crowd gathered. We all were trying to figure out how to handle this. The woman who put my balloon bundles together was already in action! She blew up a HUGE balloon, put double-sided tape on it and slowly let it up by a very long ribbon. She managed to get both bundles down (the picture speaks for itself, it's a very high ceiling) and I was able to create the perfect birthday for my son. Party City every time!

The associates are rude, the restrooms look like they haven’t been cleaned in months I understand yal are busy, but at least clean the restrooms that’s just disgusting….
