We have been customers but we feel very disappointed by the behavior of the interlocutors we have had to deal with and also by the service that we received. Let's start by saying that they not always answered to our emails, when questions are uncomfortable for them or some clarifications are requested, the answer not always occur, it is easily evaded or ends up in oblivion. Even when we asked for explanations on the final price or the price lists, they gave us generic and non-exhaustive answer. We don't talk about the certifications, we save those of the diamonds, but when we go to the color gemstones forget it!. They have standard wordings that they use for the treatments and they abuse abundantly of them, probably not to go to see the gem properly, we discovered this by consulting several laboratories for the same gemstones. Moreover, if you ask for the definition of the origin, that is not really their field! In summary we were disappointed in terms of certifications and annoyed to pay thousands of euros to rude people who don't even bother to reply to our emails.

They steal the money from the customers. Refused to make certificates and return the diamonds and charged me 10€ per diamond for lo work

Perfect level to grade the gems.
My school , learn to grade diamonds and fine other gems .
Not easy but well explained by high leveld gemologists . I enjoyed it ... fascinatinating like wonderland 🙂
