During my six days stay, I not only learned about organisatinal behaviour at IBSH but also experienced the local culture firsthand. I got to visit some incredible sites as well, including Aiax Armsterdam Arena.

This trip has been amazing and very educational. I returned to Ghana with an even deeper appreciation for the Dutch food and culture.

Please look somewhere else is my best advice this "school" will just disappoint you at every turn.

My experience was the following. I requested a 3-6 month dutch course to be able to work in the netherlands before starting my masters yet for the great price of 4000 euros I received a nurse that works is not available no learning materials or learning program. I stubbornly tried to make it work and over the 5 weeks that I was at the university I only saw 1 person from the school's staff and no other students. Following this I requested a refund and Ms Mary post 30 days is still yet to process the refund. Please go to any other institution amsterdam university, leiden university, babel language institute in Utrecht and many more are credited institutions that will not treat you with such disrespect and act so fraudulently as this institution.

Is so nice to be at international business school, the Hague to study. I recommend IBSH to individuals and organizations to have a course to study to improve yourself and your organizations. IBSH, The best school to attend. They have courses for certificate, first degree, masters, PHD. Come to IBSH and you will not regret.

Here I am again, writing another review of IBSH. After my initial complaint, the school refunded a small portion of my money and promised the rest soon after. That was a month ago. Despite sending several emails, I only received another small portion of the refund, and my subsequent emails have gone unanswered for weeks.

What I don't understand is where all the money is going. How can they call themselves reputable and trustworthy when they can't provide timely refunds to students who no longer wish to attend? They are quick to take your money upon enrollment, processing transactions without issue. However, when it comes to refunds, they offer endless excuses.

I reiterate my previous warning: if you are considering studying in the Netherlands, look elsewhere. Find a school with a better reputation and trustworthy practices. It is baffling that a school like IBSH, which takes in new students every semester, cannot return tuition fees after more than a year. This raises serious questions about their financial management.

My best advice is to keep your money and use it at a more reliable institution. IBSH is not worth the risk.

Since my previous review was reported and deleted, I write this one more time, and this time, I'm bringing receipts.

I had a terrible experience with IBSH, and I want to warn others (TLDR: They are scammers, and possibly involved in shadier activities).

In 2017, I tried to transfer my university credits from Mexico to a Dutch university to be with my then-girlfriend, now wife. After many rejections, IBSH The Hague accepted me. Mary Bessem, head of admissions, and “Dr.” Hans Kok, who I suspect is the Dutch front for an international fraud scheme, managed the process. They demanded a 100 euro registration fee and a 12,000 euro tuition fee, promising to handle my immigration.

IBSH appeared legitimate, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce and holding European accreditations. We saw no red flags at the time. I paid the fees immediately.

Over the next few months, I completed typical requirements, like taking a TOEFL exam and sending my transcripts. We prepared for visa interviews, but they never happened. IBSH assured us this was normal and suggested I travel to the Netherlands visa-free, attend classes, then return to Mexico for my study visa before coming back to finish my degree. My wife visited their office, which seemed in order.

I moved to Rotterdam with my girlfriend. We struggled financially and lived in a subpar apartment. IBSH promised to help with better accommodation but did not. At IBSH, I met students from around the world, none of whom had visas and were fed the same excuses. We were their only students, and they used our photos for their social media.

When we questioned Mary and Hans, they got defensive and asked us to trust them. Our teachers included Hans Kok and others who provided study materials via a Dropbox link filled with stolen content from legitimate Dutch universities. Hans claimed the materials were licensed.

Months passed, and our anxiety grew over our expiring visas. IBSH provided no updates and suggested returning home if we were too concerned. Eventually, we left the Netherlands, and IBSH went silent. They stopped responding to emails and calls. I realized I had lost over 20,000 euros.

Thankfully, my girlfriend’s father, who was intimidating, helped us track down Hans Kok through his church and other personal details. After serving them a legal notice, they finally responded. We negotiated a partial refund, which allowed me to finish my degree in Mexico. My friends weren't as lucky, some losing more than 36,000 euros without ever getting a degree.

IBSH are grifters, possibly selling personal information. They have changed their name multiple times and are not registered with DUO, the Dutch school registry. Even without needing a visa, any degree would not be Dutch but an Italian one from a dubious institution. Avoid them at all costs.

scammers..the cancel the 2nd semester and refuse to pay back money..when i contact them, they dont answer ..and after very long time they did and said , we dont have money to pay you back.. my student visa got cancelled ,and i had to go back

I was scam by this school, I applied for school here in 2021, I was asked to pay tuition fees, accommodation and visa fees which sum up to about £15 000. they promised to process the visa knowing fulling well they don't have the acceleration to do so. when I found out asked for my money back. its almost 3 years now I still haven't receive my money. I have sent countless emails and call so money times, they keep saying we will refund the money in two weeks and its 3 years now. if you when through this and fully recovered you money please help me. To end, any international student planning to come here please be careful and do your checks before sending your money to this school. they are scammers.

Eventually this is very poor from an institution since 2021 my sister TIM FAUSTA’S admission fee has not been refunded back we are getting more frustrated and we are thinking of involving the police because how can we pay 14,600€ and 4250€ has been deducted for reasons been i participated 1 semester. We need our complete refund before the end of this month like things will get more complicated, we just want our money refunded back to us
