We enjoyed our brief stay at NoMa, although I felt the soundproofing needs to be improved. Noise and conversation in the hallway from housekeeping and hotel guests was clearly heard inside our room.
The rooms were very clean and appeared to be recently renovated. People at the desk were courteous and cheerful.

This is the worst hotel to stay at!!!! If you have kids, this is not the hotel for you to stay at!! If you want to get some sleep without having music playing all night, this is not the hotel for you! If you want to sleep inside of a club, then I recommend you stay here. Yes I did type, if you want to sleep at a nightclub this is the hotel for you.!!! Some of the staff were rude to us. There was no place to park at night. We literally had to circle the parking lot numerous of times and wait for someone to leave. We paid a resort fee and also parking per day, but had to wait around to find a spot . If you want someplace to relax, this is not the place.

One of the worst hotels I’ve stood in. I’ll give stars where due tho. We chose this hotel because it has a restaurant and bar. So no drinking and driving for me so I can enjoy myself on my wife bday weekend with her. What I was NOT told was that you need to make reservations to be at the Noma social and you cannot go if it is rented for a party. And that was the situation when we went. No accommodations were made for us having had paid for a $300 room for one night. Thought it was a good price given the social bar downstairs. But it’s not when you can’t enjoy the area downstairs. And no iron, no toothpaste. U have to pay $15 for anything else you need that don’t come with the room. And, no parking for actual paying guests in the parking lot because of any party going on. Never again. Not worth it for the things a cheaper hotel has.

This is a terrible hotel to stay in if you actually want sleep. If you want to just party then it’s fine. But people are loud throughout the wee more hours nonstop and it’s awful. Stayed for ten days and barely got any. The service is what I’m most upset about. I’m shocked that they accidentally threw out a plastic bag full of my clothes and laundry and continue to deny it. And I still have not been contacted back about or helped in anyway. They offered nothing and will not take responsibility and the clothes did not just walk out of the room and were valued at over $200. I’m still livid and was very patient with them when it happened but it’s ridiculous the hotel isn’t compensating in some way even if it was an accident.

Absolutely love this hotel. Location is perfection.
The rooms are clean the team is friendly and the atmosphere is AMAZING! The restaurant was incredible. This was the perfect vibe for our weekend staycation.
Can’t wait to return!

If you expect to be able to sleep and find parking don't stay here. This hotel has a nightclub that operates almost all night long. Even on the fifth floor the noise from the music and the people in the outside area partying is a bit much, especially traveling with a child. The location was great as we had something in the area to attend. Everything was clean! Just wish they cared about the guest with the music!

This is mostly a review of the banquet hall downstairs and the staff for a wedding reception!||My wife and I recently got married at the Korean Presbyterian Church of Westchester (also in New Rochelle, very close by. Would HIGLY recommend for a wedding ceremony venue if you want to do it at a church. Super beautiful!) and we were blessed to find this venue for the reception as well.||Price: compared to most (if not all) other wedding venues, the price per person was more affordable. The hotel is also willing to work with you to figure a good budget. ||Space: The outside of the building isn't the most fancy/pretty but the banquet event space downstairs was great. We had about 190 guests (they can fit up to 200) and everyone was comfy and it was still enough to have a decent sized dance floor. I would maybe recommend about 150-175 people though. One REALLY cool thing is that they have projectors on the walls where you can put up pictures, gifs, images, backgrounds to help set the mood for the space. I do wish they had a few more lighting options for the room though. ||Food: the appetizers were delicious! we loved the chicken chorizo croquetas, steak crostini, and shrimp ceviche the most but they were all good. Then the dinner was done buffet style which is nice. The steak and salmon were both delicious but I liked the steak a little more. Guests also said that the food was delicious and liked the buffet style.||Service/Communication: BIG shouout to Kellyann (our point person leading up to the event and our Maitre D for the actual reception). She was very super helpful and good about communicating with us through the thousands of questions and requests that we had. (someone give her a raise/bonus!) The other hotel staff were also great on the day of.||Location: very convenient. Lots of parking on site. Also close to the New Rochelle Metro North Station. ||Room: My wife and I stayed there overnight and the room was good! Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable.||OVERALL: if you need a space to host a wedding reception or other event, I'd highly recommend Hotel Noma!
