The lady in the records office could not have been more more helpful. Her expertise in willingness to assist was exceptional. My only gripe is that their lack of signage means you have to walk all over campus to try to figure out where you need to be. The campus is very clean and attractive and there’s a lot of parking but only if you have a permit.

One of the best places in the country to start or continue your professional career. Love the campus and the staff. Every staff member and instructor is very professional and kind. A wide variety of programs in many fields.

Fresno City College definitely has it's flaws, but honestly, ever college (even major UCs) are too. As far as CC goes, this place is incredibly vibrant. The campus is really beautiful especially with all the older brick buildings. There is a HUGE social life here (especially for CC standards). Asian Fest in the Spring, a public Halloween festival for family and kids. A public pride event for pride month. A game room with billiard ball tournaments and giant cafeteria for socializing and doing homework. Honestly for anyone looks for CC in Fresno area, I would recommend this place 100% over Clovis or Madera. This college even has a 100+ person lecture hall.

Like any college it has flaws, there are some horrible teachers here and to be honest, the Computer Science teachers here are atrocious. But as a summary, Fresno City is the only community college in the area that has aspects that makes it feel like a real four year college.

I've been a student here since Jan and it's simply the best experience and easy to enroll and the professors and students are very helpful and encouraging I would definitely recommend this college to anyone who wants to continue their education.

I went to this college in 2020 before COVID happened and I took a conducting class with Alicia Wells and a composition class with Mike Dana and I loved them but too bad the semester was cut short

Radiology program process is absurd. Anyone who goes into medical program already knows the chances of getting in on the first try is extremely lucky and difficult. There program is lottery driven and only offered every TWO YEARS. So if you applied 3 times starting in 2023 and still have not got in, it would be 2029! I’ve researched many other programs within the state and so far FCC is the only program that opens every two years.

I've been attending FCC since summer of 2016 and will graduate, god willing, this spring 2019. Full time, year round, no breaks. Although parking requires at least an hour grace period, I believe the over all experience is what you make it. I've come across rude people maybe having a bad day and I've had instructors I could not relate to. Its all very frustrating. Its sad to say the success rate at this college is 17%. But, then again this is an adult school. Nobodies going to call your house when your absent or hold a parent-teacher conference when your not doing your work. I am working on a Human Service degree and have enjoyed the ups and downs of my classes. The load was a little heavier in a few and I had to buckle down and utilize the tutorial, ETC, PASS, Computer lab and all other resources available. In all the those places I found the staff and student help extremely eager to be of service. The assistance was much appreciated. Honestly, I don't think I could of got through math without it!
