Unethical and Misleading Practices As a dental office, we received unsolicited samples from this company without any prior contact, consent, or knowledge of who they were. The package included only product details, no terms, pricing, or written agreement explaining any obligations. We always get real free samples from other companies , so we thought this was something similar. The first time this company they sent us a cement we’re not familiar with , so we just left it there, we never used the sample, yet we were shocked to receive a couple of weeks later a receipt asking for payment. When we called the company to clarify, they stated the samples were free to try but assumed we would use them and decided to charge us without any prior agreement. They use the word “free”, well they are not free and the samples they sent are expensive. For a “free” cement, they sent us a bill of $400. After we called them and asked them how they even found us and why they decided to send us a product they will charge later without any reason, they offered to send an envelope for us to return the samples. Placing unnecessary effort on us for something we never requested in the first place. This practice is highly misleading and unprofessional. Sending unsolicited samples, failing to provide clear terms, and then charging without consent creates unnecessary confusion and inconvenience. Today we received another “free sample” from them and we had to call again and asked them to removed us from their mailing list. We strongly recommend others exercise caution if they receive products from this company. If you find yourself in a similar situation, do not open or use the samples, and contact the company immediately to clarify the terms. Transparency, honesty, and respect for consent are fundamental business practices, and this company’s approach falls far short.

This company supposedly sent a product FEDEX to our office that we never ordered and have not found in office circulation. They claim they spoke to the Office Manager,not true as I am not available on the main line. Initially I let them know that we received an invoice and didn't order from them. The woman with a heavy accent stated that she was sending a return label. The label provided states a different product from the invoice, I called today and she states that I asked to return a product when that was never stated. I informed that they are not a contracted vendor and we would not order from them ever. She proceeded to yell and try and speak over me. THIS IS A SCAM!!!! Don't call back, don't bother, they are scammers!

Scam company. Throw the product away, DO NOT PAY ANY INVOICES or you will be spending the next year contesting it with your credit card company. I spent 10 months contesting this charge with Chase 3x before they finally credited me and blacklisted this company from my credit card account. Save yourself the trouble and just throw away the product and ignore any invoices.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. This company is a headache to do deal with and unprofessional customer service. I tired to be compliant with their unethical “sample” sent and expected us to return the product and after I told the company I was unwilling to to pay for the product they turned it on us for not paying for the sample we never asked or paid for to begin with.

Scam. Scam. Scam. Stop sending "samples" and then sending invoices for products that were never ordered. I have asked you to stop, yet once a year you start your shenanigans again.

Big Scam. They send dental products without anybody approving anything. Soon after you receive this "free" sample they send an invoice. Can someone please report this company!! how are they allowed to do business. Scam Central! the customer service rep is very pushy and uses scare tactics to make you pay this fake invoice. Do not pay!! they will also steal your credit card information!

Stop scamming dentists by sending supplies never ordered then sending invoices. Not the first time either. Not a good way to try to earn my business
