Cord is a nice little online tool that allows tech companies to advertise their technical roles and connect directly with potential candidates. It cuts out any agency recruiters, which I prefer. It's quite useful to get direct messages with talent personnel and even hiring managers. It also keeps reminding you to reply to any outstanding inquiries, which drives the engagement in a positive way. I have generally had positive experience, and would recommend it.

A good experience for me with Cord. I was contacted by one of the companies I'd flagged as the jobs they were advertising were interesting and relevant to me, along with a couple that I hadn't spotted. It's great to speak directly with the employer rather than going through consultants. Interface on the website is easy to use and intuitive, as it the messaging / chat interface. Job search results and suggestions were accurate and useful. Recommended.

Cord is an incredibly useful site when looking for tech roles. It’s very easy to search for roles and you can filter by a load of different criteria.

Every job advert includes the company name, so you can do your own research, and a comprehensive list of information including expected working patterns, salary range, company benefits and a lot more. You can then directly contact someone at the company if you are interested in the role.

It’s all very clear and transparent, which has not always been my experience job hunting in the past. I highly recommend the site.

cord is easily the best platform for finding roles/companies that I have ever used. Being able to talk directly with recruiters and engineers has accelerated my whole job searching process drastically. There is ample information provided for every company and role which again saved me a lot of time in finding a right fit. Highly recommend!

Cord is an excellent platform for recuiters and tech talent to get in touch - I would compare it favourably to Hired and much better than CV agglomeration sites like Indeed.
There is always a personal touch not just when recruiters reach out themselves, but also when I was reaching out and applying for different jobs!
Would recommend for friends and family, great service, great platform.

I stumbled upon Cord during my job search, it seems great. I like the conversational way of applying for jobs. I have only used it for a few weeks but it certainly feels like a better way to job search than sending your CV and just never hearing back.

However a few areas that could be improved, its not very prominent on Google so when I say stumbled upon I literally mean that. Sign up was supposed to be quick, but it took a while to verify my details, maybe due to signing up over a weekend, but it was painfully slow compared to other platforms.

Cord has been a very good find for me.
It's so easy to message companies directly and getting feedback instantly from your interviews.
Despite not having found a job I will still keep using it as I think it's much much better than competitors job finder websites.
