Most of the staff here are super nice and friendly but there is one older bearded man that is incredibly rude and barks at you. I politely asked him for where something was and his attitude was horrible. Since then he’s been giving me dirty looks.

Opening hours are until midnight. We went at 23:40 and the shop had the shutters down and completely closed

I’m usually a fan of coop. I’ve got the loyalty card app!

But I can honestly say that this is a terrible representation of coop. It’s tiny, not well stocked, their card machine wasn’t working during Covid. Overall a poor experience.

Whilst on holiday with my daughter we popped into this store & asked for some assistance regards our big bus tour, whilst purchasing products from the store. The checkout assistant was lovely & friendly & went the extra mile {I think the lady's name was Ashanti? sorry if I have got that wrong) to help us. Ashanti also allowed me to check my emails on her mobile so I could find the etickets from my emails. I also informed the Manager of this store Lee as to how helpful Ashanti was to us, & was pleasantly surprised at how personable & helpful the manager of this store is. I have left London with a very good opinion of not only these two lovely people, but also of co-operative stores & London itself. Once again thank you Lee & Ashanti you are a Credit to your store & to London, Regards Mr Nick Reynolds (Newport, South Wales)
