If I could I would rate 0 star. Their services are appalling. Customer service is rude, unprofessional and shockingly bad. However, this is not the worst bit. Every year they sent letters out saying they over spent on things they done in the building (things are never fixed or when they are, they are incomplete or done by cheap materials) and asking to pay back money on their disorganisation/unfinished planning. (Even though we pay the money, things in the flat are never fixed ex. Intercom is not working for the last three months, they said the doors were changed, however all was done on them was a brush of paint and 3 months later looked even worse then it was before, they say cleaning weekly however cleaner only comes roughly once every 17 days. This time they are asking to pay for over £800. How is this possible? In a building of 6 flats, no lifts, no security, no garden area to look after or anything else just 3 bulbs in a two floor building come up to £840?. Stay away from this company… it’s simply a scam and ripping people off on the basis of “over spent” every time every year.

(Zero Stars) Incompetent, Incapable and Unaccountable. I have had the misfortune of being held hostage as a leaseholder by this company for over 5 years. Service levels have always been below acceptable standards and costs increase year on year with no attributable improvements to the block or services provided. I wish there would be a complete overhaul of service standards within this sector. Extremely poor opinion of this organisation.

I have been chasing an unpaid invoice for months. They are very rude. Multiple excuses. I have know started legal proceedings. They are appalling.
Avoid like the plague.

Absolutely disgusting, they never fix the problems in my property permanently its always a bodged quick fix that lasts only a few months, I've lived here 14 years and they refuse to fix my kitchen, asked me to send photos of the problems and then never get back to me and fix the problems, my next door neighbor has a very very bad mold problem and they just dont care CDS are scum.

Every year we have received a out of hours emergency contact information for repairs etc. But this year we have not received anything no details at all. We have a maintenance emergency involving water and electricity and your out of hours emergency number that is listed on your website is disconnected, have tried calling over 50 times and still no answer. You say you have 24/7 emergency contact but in fact you do not. Yes it is Christmas but still where is the emergency contact for repairs.
