I had a great education here and graduated in 2015. I’ve been working as a pharmacy Tech for 10 years now but when trying to reach out to the school as an alumni for support. No one had any information on the Pharm Tech program that was offered in 2013/2014 so they referred me to the Sacramento main office. After being on hold for 30 mins, I had to leave a voicemail, and I never received a call back. Called a few days later and no one can get me transferred to the right person that could assist me. At this point, I can’t even obtain a transcript of proof of education from this school. Trade school debt is substantial, seek elsewhere if you’re on a budget.

I don't think Carrington College, Pomona Campus staff takes their job seriously. We started the enrollment process to get my Veterinarian Technician degree last week. This past Tuesday I had a remote Financial Aid meeting. It was supposed to be "one on one" but there are more new student on that call to assist the test of our FAFSA. After I submit the entrance counselling and all the necessary financial doc they needed, Wendy (the financial advisor) specifically told me that she will email me 3 forms that needed to fill up before our meeting tomorrow. Wendy stated that she will email it to me after she hang up the phone. It's been 48 hours and I had called to follow up 4x, leave a vm and I still haven't received any form or call from both Kris and Wendy. My excitements on going back to college, getting my degree, make my life better, turns into stress and disappointments. Right now I don’t think the quality of service and assistance the school provide will be worth $30k or investments. I’m super disappointed.
