abbiamo preso una lezione di cucina serale con Luigi,
ci è piacuto tantissimo, abbiamo avuto veramente bel tempo,
È stato molto divertente, interessante e utile.
abbiamo studiato come si prepara la tagliatelle con ragù e tortelloni ripieni, insalata con carne e per il dolce- abbiamo fatto la tiramisù.
tutto era buonissimo, molto squisito, Luigi ha portato tutti i prodotti con la massima qualità e ha spiegato tutto con molto pazienza e in modo molto chiaro, inoltre ci ha dato consigli utile per la cucina e era molto interessante parlare con lui, Luigi è molto gentile e interessante e siamo stati molto contenti da questa serrata.

Our class with Luigi was one of the highlights of our Italian vacation! He taught my daughters and I how to make tortelloni and tagliatelle as well as tiramisu. When we sat down to eat, it was one of the best meals I’ve ever had. I highly recommended spending a day with Luigi if you are visiting Bologna!

Luigi was fantastic. He gave us a mini tour of the bologna market and elaborated on some history along the way to his kitchen. He taught us how to make authentic Bolognese sauce with tagliatelle, tortellini with sage butter, rocket salad and Pana cotta with fruit. We loved our one-day cooking class with Luigi! He very kindly adapted the menu based on our requests - we learnt to make ricotta tortelloni in a butter sage sauce, garganelli in a tomato basil sauce, a beef and rocket salad, and panna cotta with berries. Luigi's background makes him a fantastic teacher and he gave us lots of advice while we were cooking (we've done a few pasta classes in Italy and Luigi's was the most detailed). All the dishes turned out delicious and it's hard to pick a favourite.

The tour to begin with was great as well. It was cool getting the ingredients from the market and and the breakfast was nice. Luigi also pointed out interesting features of Bologna - a nice added bonus.

Since the cooking class, we have made the tomato sauce numerous times as it is simple yet tasty. We can't wait to make the other dishes again when we get home!
