The team at Bay Marina is the absolute best on Lake LBJ! From the moment we walked in with a repair issue, we were greeted with smiles and eager help from the amazing staff at the counter. They’re always so fun, friendly, and ready to go above and beyond. We get all our jet ski and boat services here, and honestly, we wouldn’t think of going anywhere else!

We bought our boat from Bay Marine back in May. Matt was our salesman, he did not try to pressure us into any decision. He was knowledgeable about the boat we bought. We did have some issues with our boat, but Matt was always available and worked with us to solve our problem. We were very happy with Bay Marine, and we look forward to a long relationship with them.

Daniel was friendly and responsive, we felt the value of our trade in and purchase price was fair and the closing process was very quick. Overall it was a surprisingly easy and pleasant experience!

They are the nicest most helpful. From the time I called I felt like they knew me. Carol was so wonderful and helpful. Walked us through a lot of trouble shooting. When Jeff came out he’s was as nice and helpful. He knew I didn’t known much about boat so he walked me through a lot of things. They even called me afterwards to check on everything. They are the greatest and the staff is the greatest. Very very happy with them

Huge shout out to Carol for helping us out in a bind. Left our boat keys in Katy, they didn’t have the key in stock so she sold me her key so we could get out on the water. Thats top shelf customer service. Thanks Carol!!

I am way late on this review and to be honest, never have given a google review in my life. Well anyway, pulled my boat out of the water and my trailer tire needed air desperately. Went next door to Bay Marine and was blown away by Tyler(I believe that was the nice young man’s name) he hooked me up with a serious hospitality emergency. Awesome peps at this location. saved my day, thank you so much.
