Always a great place to visit for different events and functions. Well maintained and clean. Helpful staff. Parking can usually be found, but most of it is paid parking.

My daughter went to Ball State and seemed to enjoy her time there. I liked it because it wasn't too far from home she could come home on weekends when she wanted. The museum is really cool. I enjoyed visiting it.

Aside from being more expensive to stay in a little square dorm room with another person than it is to rent an apartment, forcing students to buy the overpriced meal plans if staying in a dorm, not having parking near the dorms and forcing students to unsafely park a shuttle ride away from the buildings, charging double to triple for items like poptarts, detergents, meds at the cafeteria than what they would pay at a store, they charge 2,500 PLUS any deposit made (mind you having the student sign a contract in February of the school year before, scaring the students into signing the contract) when you find a cheaper place to live that your student can actually almost afford on their own and notify the school a couple months in advance of move in day to give time for other students to grab the room. All the while making other students worry about where they will be staying upto weeks in advance of school starting. Admin has been emailed numerous times and no reply from the ceo or anyone from the board.I could keep going on but dont have the time.

I love the university because I went to school there. The directions, however were awful. I did not end up anywhere close to my destination.

Beautiful campus with great programs! Their emersive learning is a huge selling point for this university in my eyes. Dorms associated with majors really give students an advantage in funding new friends.

In addition to the outrageous tuition students are charged over $100 per semester to park on campus in specific parking lots, which are few and far between. When a person parks outside the lot, even though they paid $100 for a parking pass, they are ticketed. This revenue doesn't go towards building maintenance, not even Robert Bell which floods annually. It clearly doesn't improve the programs in any way. It's just a way to line pockets for the very people who make parking oppressive for their own greed. AVOID.
