What a great pasta workshop this was! Monica and Barbara have so much passion for their craft, they teach you exactly how to make the perfect pasta. Everything is done with a lot of fun, lots of laughter, super fresh ingredients and really the Italian way! Easy explanation, simple and very tasteful dishes! In the accompanying booklet everything is described in detail how you can make the dishes yourself at home. The location is beautifully situated on a mountain and the view is phenomenal. This was so worth it, we are guaranteed to come back here again. If only for the loving hospitality!

We think Barbara and Monica should expand the name of their school - Try, Taste and Enjoy!
Everything about them is great - personable, knowledgeable, skilled, entertaining, and memorable.
We were 5 people, with a totally private lesson on simple, tasteful pasta making.

On a trouvé ce cours de cuisine pour apprendre à faire des pâtes avec Barbara et Monica.
N'hésitez pas, le cours est passionnant, les deux professeures sont adorables et conviviales.
On reutilisera tous leurs conseils pour faire nos pâtes maison ☺️.
On a réalisé plusieurs formes de pâtes et on a pu les goûter autour d'un repas.
Si vous venez dans la région de Bologne, ça en vaut le détour.

This was our best experience in Italy! My daughter's and I joined the pasta making class from Barbara and Monica and we loved their friendliness and passion to make the best local pasta. They explained each step carefully and answered all our questions. My daughter's said that this was the best part of their trip! We will definitely try to recreate the recipe at home. Highly recommend this class!

Der beste Abschluss unserer Reise durch Italien. Barbara und Monica sind tolle Frauen, die ihr Handwerk verstehen. Auf einem wundervollen Anwesen haben wir mit ihnen leckere und authentische Pasta hergestellt. Es wurden nur die qualitativ besten Produkte verwendet und der regionale Wein war genauso wie die Pasta unglaublich lecker. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen, um auch andere Kurse mit Barbara und Monica zu buchen. Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen, der auf der Suche nach einem authentischen Kochkurs ist, einen Kurs mit den beiden zu buchen.

The best cooking class I’ve ever done!!! Barbara and Monica are so so lovely and passionate, the class was full of joy, smiles and laughing! We learned in depth how to make multiple pastas, and were able to cook and enjoy them all with plenty of vino! The class was followed by multiple “unexpected surprises”. The best experience in Modena and can’t wait to return!!!

Monica and Barbara are great teachers! The cooking class was excellent. They take their time to explain and show how to make different kind of pastas. We had no experience before. After you get to try your own pasta. It was a very nice experience and we would highly recommend this!

Ein wunderbares Erlebnis! Direkt auf den schönen Corte D’Aibo Weingut haben wir 4h verschiedene Pasta selber gemacht und viel über Italien und Italienisches Essen gelernt. Anschließend noch zusammen gegessen und Wein vom Weingut getrunken. Wir können Monica und Barbara wärmstens empfehlen! Bis zum nächsten Mal!
