Not bad, cheaper lots in the area. Rice village has free parking in their garage, and it is only a half mile a way

Great Parties! Best on campus for sure. Texas Party at the beginning and Beach Party at the end of the year. Check it out!

Everything is fantastic at Martel College: the people, parties, views, etc. This college is easily the best at Rice.
