I really enjoyed coming to this school. Faculty were so helpful and very kind. They helped with registration and were very patient. The place is very clean, orderly and there's always somebody there to help you out.

I am enrolled at this campus. The teachers are helpful and patient. It is wonderful to see so many seniors enriching their lives by taking classes. It also nice to see high school getting prepared to begin their careers. It would be great to have activities for the two groups interact. Both groups have things to offer each other.

I wish I could give them a zero. HCC dropped my online classes because of low enrollment. They emailed they would auto-refund. They will not refund you until you ask them to return your money. I waited a month and contacted them for my refund, and they emailed a refund in process, which takes 5-7 business days. I never got my refund. It has been 3 weeks, and I still have no refund. In a couple of weeks, it would be about 3 months since they dropped my class. Because HCC dropped my class and did not offer any other class I wanted, I enrolled at another college. I ended up paying for two classes. I am a student, and I already have huge loans. Now add this $$$ plus months of interest on my credit card for a class I didn't even take. Wish they were transparent. I would have never enrolled here for my classes.

Asked by advisor Rene to just walk in on Saturday morning at 9am for testing at the campus on ‘Airport Blvd’ . Girl at enrollment services extremely unprofessional arrived late and still had an attitude when it was time to assist me after standing there waiting on her to do her job. Went to pay for the test and the man did not acknowledge me standing there waiting. I asked the girl in enrollment if he was the one that would help me and she rudely said yes! He’s right there. He said something and still made me wait I could not understand him. I politely said thank you to her and she didn’t not respond and walked away with an attitude. They really need to hire people that are interested in working. I will make sure to take this to management. This is not fair for people like myself who choose this college and give my money to for this horrible, rude service. The girl in testing was the whole opposite, so sweet and helpful.

Used this location for my free COVID testing. Location was easy to find and easy to access and depart as you go through. It’s located *(Airport Blvd. at 288 Freeway). The staff was polite and very organized. The facility is equipped to process large lines of clients with wait times less than 15 minutes depending on time of day. I went today around 12 noon and went through in less than 5 minutes. Be safe, and Be sure of your health status in order but to protect the people you love. Get tested TODAY !!

This campus is very unprofessional. The first issue I had was that no one ever acknowledged me when I walked in, I’m a transfer student and I came to bring my transcripts. When I finally was asked if I needed help, I was informed that I needed to go to Business Services, no one was in Business Services, they had a sign up saying that they will return at 4:40 pm. Really, if I’m not mistaken, when I called I was told that they close at five. So now it’s another person and me sitting here. I then go over to financial aid, recruiting and counseling and I was handled as if I was causing them a problem. Very, very unprofessional, one of the clerks at the desk had white headphones in his ear and the other clerk said “it was nothing she could do if Business Services wasn’t there.” With an attitude, leaning back in her chair with her feet tucked under her like she was at home. Horrible customer service. I’m giving one star for the lady that did acknowledge me.

The drive-thru COVID test was fast and only took 20-30 minutes for my turn to be next. However if you want your results fast in 15 to 45 minutes, I would try elsewhere. This location takes less than a week to get your results back
