I really enjoyed taking part in the course 'Soft Skills and Emotional Intelligence for teachers and educational staff' held in Bologna where I learned a lot from the teacher and all the participants coming from Latvia, Eslovenia, Portugal and Spain. It was a wonderful experience. In addition to learning apps which was done in a very nice way by the sweet Susana, we met friends from different countries, got in touch with the culture of Bologna, got to know the monuments and wonderful architecture, tasted great food, ice cream and sweets. We would be happy to participate in another course.

Ι participated in a exceptionally well organised program in Bologna with teachers from Greece, Portugal,Germany, Letonia and Spain. We were encouraged to work in teams, and practice the tools that were taught both as students and as teachers. I will gladly participate in another program organised by "Ela", because I saw first hand how well they alloted time, to make the lesson efficient and creative. Also the knowledge gained is applicable in the classroom. Thank you Ela, for this opportunity.

A wonderful learning experience. All the course was well prepared and I had plenty of time to practice as well. Our tutor, Martina, was very kind, helpful and smart. I recommend the Erasmus Learning Academy as it gave me an opportunity to grow as a teacher by giving me practical examples of awesome digital tools.

We were in Bologna with a group of 10 teachers and attended a course by ELA. The course was awesome, it was very well designed with lots of activities in the subject and good practices. Through the experiential activities they gave us many new ideas and experiences, always through a pleasant and warm atmosphere with a happy, kind and well orginised trainer.
Outside of the course ELA, orginised for our group many activities in Bologna with many siteseeing and small trips.
We had a very good time and gained many things!

Hey there! It was a grate week in Bologna and we had wonderful training with teacher stuff from different countries and our local educational partners, in which we explored together gamification and innovative teaching tools.
Our module “Soft Skills and Emotional Intelligence for teachers and education staff” was game-based learning - that is why I enjoyed it a lot.
It helps in motivating and influencing learners as well as provides context and consolidates knowledge in a friendly environment.
And of course beautiful city of Bologna as well as Florence and Parma nearby. gelato chocolate and Italian wine 👌
