I visited the Co-op today , and I must say that the cashier was rather rude and seemed to have a dislike for customers.
I was just asking about the product nicely, but he totally brushed me off and was really rude.
The guy's a bit skinny with long hair, and I really hope he gets better soon. The customer service was really bad though.

Last week Friday I would like to commend MK for their outstanding performance during their time as a co-op worker at our store. MK consistently displayed a remarkable ability to provide fast and efficient service at the tills. Their speed and accuracy in handling customer transactions greatly contributed to our store's overall efficiency.

Furthermore, MK demonstrated a proactive approach in assisting customers in finding their desired products. They went above and beyond by suggesting alternative solutions and guiding customers to the right aisles. This not only improved the shopping experience for our customers but also showcased MK, commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
Their dedication, adaptability, and exceptional customer service skills have been invaluable to our team. MK has consistently shown a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow.

I highly recommend MK for any future opportunities they may pursue, as I am confident that they will continue to excel and make a positive impact in any environment. Thank you, MK, for your outstanding contributions during your time with us

Appalling customer service at this co-op.

Stopped to get food and saw that there was reduced hot food (sausage & cheese muffin) so I picked it up alongside a few other items and made my way to the till.

The fella at the till couldn't articulate that it couldn't be sold as I had to ask him to repeat what he was trying to say several times. Then he said it can't be scanned....it had a barcode on it!

Turns out the system wasn't able to scan the barcode. I asked if it can manually be put in and that question was ignored. I then saw another member of staff quickly head over to where the other hot food was and quickly put them all in the bin!

Not only am I annoyed with the bad customer service and that there was reduced food still out to be purchased BUT the fact that food can be discarded so easily. For an ethical brand such as co-op and with so many people struggling to feed themselves currently.

Not impressed at all!

refuelling with zipcar card
beginning it was " sometimes machine doesn't accept the zipcar card", just after the other colleague tell me straight the true, they don't accept zipcar card, pay with your card or nothing. even when I accepted because we "didn't understand each other" Mr guntehnm doesn't to serve me, his word" refuse to serve me". very bad experience, very rude to refuse serve.

Worst customer service delivered by John, slim black guy. Probably he forgot that he get paid to work, not to relax on shop floor and have fun. Never had this type of bad experience ever. Other staffs are friendly. Store has lots of items including tobacco, drinks, bakery, stationary etc. Prices are ok. Petrol station has good space. Fuel price is good too.

Good convenience store. They have reopened from the 27th of August after refurbishment. The shop layout has been changed. The tills are at the front by the exit. They have added more shelves for extra products. Freezer section, dot doughnut cupboard has been added. There are more vegetable options now. The layout is better than before.
They have removed the w/c facility though.

Dilshan and his fellow female colleague, engaged in humiliating me, after I pointed out what I thought was a over change of 0.15p on a “Pain au Raisin”, honestly it wasn’t a question of affordability but principle not just in common sense but Law.
I was told to put it back basically if I couldn’t afford the additional 0.15p through the ridiculous, offensive comments these 2 staff members were making. I’m not surprised by their behaviour, but feel sad for the CO-OP, a simple apology would’ve sufficed, I still purchased the pastry, but the experience has left a bitter taste in my mind.
