I am not a student or staff here, but I visited the campus to apply for a new passport. Like another reviewer mentioned, the website did not give any information on how to find the passport office.

Here are directions:
1. Go to building 1 (on the north side).
2. Park in the lot immediately adjacent to it and enter the main entrance/double doors.
3. Once inside lobby, go right, then left at corner, take that hallway, and then turn left. You’re looking for room 119.
4. It is the last door on the right, just before the glass door leading outside. The room is a single desk office.

Cost and payment options:
It cost us $130 per adult and $100 for our child. We also had him take our 3 pics and the total was $153ish. You will need a check or money order for each passport application and credit card for the picture fees.

The gentleman who helped us was efficient, and there was no wait since we had an appoinment.

Worst school I have EVER dealt with. I’m dropping out and going somewhere else. The employees are rude. The professors are incompetent and just pull work from quizlet. No real professors here. They give you loan options then tell you after you get approved that you actually aren’t eligible, then to register or drop classes the system NEVER works and I’ve been on hold for 45 mins waiting for someone to answer because it doesn’t let me drop my class. My old school was 10 times better so I’m going back. Don’t waste your time on this school. So incompetent.

Faculty is good but all the services are horrible…. If you want to get a hold of them over the phone FORGET IT! I’ve been a student for 3 years now and there was never one single time that I was able to get a hold of them over the phone… THEY SUCK

Awesome staff, welcoming feel, cozy environment, and guaranteed entrance to UCF when graduating with an AA degree. This place feels like a big neighborhood with excellent educational opportunities for affordable prices. Easy recommendation.

Building 1 contains the auditorium, and behind it are buildings that contain the gym, and classes for international students who wish to learn the English language.

Building 2 is where to begin the enrollment process and turn in documents, as well as get advising for classes, careers, and financial aid.

Building 3 has writing/grammar help, as well as the nursing lab.

Building 4 has the campus store, library, UCF office, and the Depot (math, science, and psychology tutoring). And every building offers classes.

Thank you Kenneth, security guard in Osceola campus for privately escorting us to the art exhibit of Highwaywoman Mary Carroll. The exhibit was locked but you were able to open it for us and turn on the lights. What a wonderful exhibit but you made it even more so and guided us to shelter in the unexpected cloud burst as we left the art gallery. What a gem you are!

Sincerely , I think Magda Hernandez was way better than Raphael Camacho for the ast program . Magda was really helpful and always pick up the phone while Mr. Raphael is never available to help .

Trying to enroll in classes here has been a complete joke. I dropped off transcripts as I was directed to by staff and after waiting several weeks later now being told there is no record of them anywhere. Directions to enroll are a mess to say the least.

I'm not a student here. But the campus offers a service to apply for a passport, they also take a passport picture on site. The process was very convenient once you do your part, very straightforward. No lines, no wait.
The only down side is that, the website does not specify where to go to get this done. I went to the campus store in building 4, then they told me to go to building 1 room 119. I had to go around building 1 looking for this room. There was no directory in the main door. I had to ask a student where to go. The room is a small office tucked in the corner by the side door.
I hope this info will be helpful to someone one day.
