Very nice location, clean and everything looks organized but didn’t see anyone at the register so had to go find help in order to get in the dressing room.

Terribe customer service. We were the only customers in the store i had the 2 boys trying things on in the fitting room. Aside from being asked once, there was no help or assistance of any kind. Instead, I was running around the store, grabbing sizes and putting things back. We were there for about an hour. My arms were getting full of the things we were getting, no associate came to ask if they can set things aside for me as we shope. so i had to ask if i could put it on the register counter. It was highly disappointing. No promotions were explained when we went in as well. Definitely need some customer service training here.

I walked in to buy a pair of jeans and walked out offended! The white female manager (didnt catch her name) was being extremely rude. There was hangers on top of the tables which my kid had grabbed (age 7) and she snatched them out of her hand!!! Next time I came in with my daughter (very feminine) was asking for a fitting room and the manager took her to a male fitting room (one of the workers said the rooms were closed, which was perfectly fine), seconds before going in we see girls heading in and out the fitting rooms? after my daughter walked out they stared at her and looked like they were laughing!! Not only are they rude and disrespectful but the manager is racist!! Every time she sees a person of color come in through the door she immediately has a attitude. Not only has this happened to me but multiple people have said the same thing.

What happened to the nice employees working in this location? Attitudes from every employee that we interacted with. We were rushed and they weren’t even busy. It took all they had to get us a dressing room. We needed a handicap room and it was denied. This location needs new management and a re-org asap.

My family and I just had the most awful experience at this location in the Riverchase Galleria !!! We were shopping in the store for maybe 30 mins and the young girls that were working kept following us around and asking if we are ready to checkout clearly they were trying to rush us! Then once we got to the register to pay the girl DID NOT know what she was doing! She could not get the debit card machine to take our card and she refused to try to help us resolve the issue she just said sorry it’s saying error it won’t take your card! So unhappy with the way she treated us so I paid cash $250 when I should have just put back the stuff because of how rude she was!!! Thank you!

The store is very nice and neat, but I went to the changing rooms with one of my good friends, and they immediately tensed up and I was told there wasn't to be 2 people too a stall/room. I felt very very offended considering there was literally a stall next to us with 2 people in it. My friend is a male and I am a female but seriously it was a simple shirt change. And I am not even straight, never will u step foot in that store.

Wow...customer service has really gone down hill in the past few years...pretty much non-existent. The associates here were simply cashiers...they knew nothing. The manager acted like she hated her job and wasn't afraid for anybody to know. Maybe she's overworked and underpaid, I dunno.
