I grew up in the school system and had a okay experience for the most part. There were massive amounts of bullying. Also if a family was well liked and held in high social status the kids got away with stuff that they should be disciplined for. I left the school system because it’s just getting worse. I would never recommend this school for anything but the sports.

I’m an alumnus who graduated 3 years ago as of writing this, so take that into account when reading this review.

They give a decent education, but the faculty do tend to struggle when dealing with people who have mental disabilities or are just different from the status quo.

Religion is a colossal part of their curriculum - most every class has some form of worship in it, and as you might expect there is an entire class built as a precursor to theology (which, ironically enough, was one of the more enjoyable classes that I found myself engaged in. The science classes here, of course, have a heavy focus on creationism, but... be forewarned: the teachers who were there during my time that taught me those classes were often times very outlandish, distracted and maybe even a bit spastic.

If you want a good Adventist-centric education, then CA will do it for you. Personally, I didn’t enjoy myself as much as others might have, but I’m also not much of a religious-focused individual.
