This place has changed so much since I was a kid, they have really nice reclining seats now instead of those old old original red clothed seats I mean you coukd fit more customers but your crammed in like a can of sardines... prices have gone up so much so don't really go out to the movies but glad I got to see bettle juice 2 because I grew up on it, all I gotta say is #POORBOB

I rarely go to the Movie Theatres ... Netflix and Amazon Prime provide me with entertainment.
Matinee movies appeal to me, more seat choices and less people.
I sat on the back row, presssed on the large button to recline the ample seat and lifted the foot rest for my legs and feet.
Gladiator II has vivid combat scenes with the help of modern technology ... A large theater screen is neccesary to be dazzled by the sights, sounds and special effects.

My wife and I saw Conclave and really enjoyed it. The only reason i am giving 3 stars out of five stars is experience with one staff member who was working the ticketing booth. The issue with the staff member was the way he treated my wife at the counter. My wife was waiting at the counter to buy tickets and was ignored by the young man. He proceeded to help another couple until my wife spoke up and said, "Excuse me, but i was here first." The other couple said, "Oh, we're sorry, please go ahead. Then my wife simply asked the AMC staff member, "You didn't see me standing here?" He started explaining that he was doing his job and was very ignorant to the point of being insensitive to what my wife was saying. The manager came out and was very professional and helped us, which was really appreciated. Overall, my wife and i enjoyed the movie and popcorn.

This is my go-to theater, not only because it's closest but because they have recliners. Among the cleaner and better maintained AMC locations in the area compared to Cherry Hill and Voorhees. Wish they had more screens, and yes, the parking lot has needed to be paved for at least a decade, but it's still my favorite within 10 miles.

Still one of the nicer theaters out there. Never any issues, app for phone is good to buy tickets. Nice discounts and bonuses. Good theater. Comfortable recliner seats. Clean theater and restrooms. Good popcorn and combos. Theater prices...

A terrible experience and ability experience amc in Marlton NJ . I went to watch the new lion king movie today 12/24/24 bought snacks purchased tickets and arrived early to watch the previews. The movie was supposed to start at 7:10pm once the movie started it was blurry employees quickly came over to give out glasses. I requested a refund because my husband has a TBI (traumatic brain injury) from a deployment he is a combat soldier . I explained we literally can not watch something in 3D he would end up in the hospital. JOE the manager only gave a partial refund and told me that’s all he could do when I asked him why he said contact customer service . I was having an issue with contacting through email and couldn’t get ahold on phone call so I went back inside then KAREN the manager came up and said that I need to go on Facebook or twitter I asked if they could give us a movie pass to come back she said no I asked why she said “because I don’t want to” I said why? She said we gave you a partial refund that’s enough. So then I explained that a partial refund is still not a refund plus the inconvenience. Now this next part is the part I recorded and I am very upset about . I told Karen my husband can not watch 3D he has a tbi . She said idk what that is I said he is a combat veteran who got a traumatic brain injury while oversees she responded “that’s not my problem “ so AMC I would like to know if that’s how you all feel about wounded soldiers. ? I asked her what her GM name was and she refused to give it to me I asked Joe he also refused. I recorded this conversation I let them know they were being recorded and that NJ is a one party consent state, I asked them to say it louder and again and told them they were being recorded then they walked away. Right because they shouldn’t have said that..
So Karen and Joe both managers at AMC in Marlton Nj both didn’t want to give me their general managers name or contact information both wouldn’t give me a movie voucher and worst of all it’s “not their problem” when a veteran who sustained a life long injury overseas comes to watch a movie and the theater changed the movie we paid to watch now won’t issue a full refund.?
I am requesting this issue be handled promptly and appropriately because this is unacceptable. I have spent 100s and 100s of dollars at AMC to then go on Christmas Eve and the movie be changed and refused compensation!? We literally could NOT watch the movie and that can be medically proven along with video evidence of this incident and the managers actions.

Nice and comfortable! Very clean and the staff was friendly. We saw "Am I Racist" with Matt Walsh which was really an eye opener. I can't speak about the sound system as far as dolby this was a comedy
