Melanie always does such a great job with our dog! We recently moved to the area and she’s the best- better than anywhere we took him in Toronto. He always ends up looking like a little teddy bear. She really takes her time and is so gentle. Our dog has always been nervous at the groomer but she always accommodates him. Highly recommend!

Melanie is amazing! We just started going to her when our groomer moved out of town, and we are so very happy. Our three dogs have never looked better, she does such a thorough job with her grooming. They are all so happy when they come home, they love her too

Melanie has been taking care of our dog since he was a puppy! She is so professional and meticulous. I don't know how she does it, but she makes our doggys paws look like little teddy bear paws every time, and it is adorable! Our dog is excited every time we pull into the drive. Thank you Melanie for your love and care with our doggy!

We have used a number of groomers in the Barrie area and Mel always delivers. She does exceptional work and my dog always looks and smells so much better after Mel works her magic. Great value for the above and beyond service from someone who clearly excels at what they do. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to level up their grooming experience.

We have been using Melanie for over 2 years now, and we highly recommend Chip & Co grooming. Melanie is very reliable, organized and does an amazing job grooming our dog. Her in house dog-parlour is very clean, and she complies with all covid-safety rules in order to keep herself, the dogs, and owners feeling safe. Thank you, Melanie!! Max looks great, yet again!!!

We had a mixup with appointment time, but Melanie was able to fit in my dog even with her extremely full schedule after reopening. Great customer service and the grooming was perfect! Highly Recommended for anyone looking for a high quality professional groomer.

I am very confident in Melanie and her abilities, her knowledge of dogs and their behaviour. I have no seconds thoughts when I leave my dog Jax with her. I tell her she is his second mom. I have had him groomed there and he comes home looking very handsome. I highly recommend Fetchtown whether it be for grooming or daycare you will not be disappointed!
