This company would be great, if they had some actual customer service!!

I've called them at least 5 times over the past week for a shorted, government tire order. No help whatsoever.

This warehouse has nice guards and ok shipping people but if you are a truck driver and on log books be prepared to be there for at least four hours just to be loaded with 450 tires and sometimes they can take up to 7 hours to load you. Only Good part of the warehouse area is they have lots of space to park your truck on the street .

This place is a joke. Get ready to waste here at least 5 hours. And make sure to call shipping office regularly and check if they finished loading your trailer. The security guard will not call u.

Took them 11 hours to load my trailer. Be prepare to stay here for many hours if you have a live load because these guys don’t care about truck drivers.

Agent told me appt 10am but shipper said its 2pm for drop and hook. I hope I get Detention pay. 115pm was told might not be ready until 5pm. I will not return... landstar driver

Drop trailer park in street no problem.... Mall near by bars,hotel,walmart all within 5 miles...

They could not get the tire that I need it for a good price their prices are a lot higher their staff is very unfriendly and they act like they don't need to work
