Stayed at Element for 2 nights prior to a cruise. Great location, walking distance to all shopping and restaurants. It is a bit confusing looking at the hotel and where to go as it's 2 hotels in 1 and signage is not very clear about that. The staff was friendly, breakfast was plentiful, and the rooms spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Very short walk to Talkin Tacos which is a great spot!|One complaint - when checking in on app, it clearly states due to my short stay, my room would NOT be cleaned daily. However, to my surprise, the cleaning staff came knocking the next day to clean my room. I happened to be in the room and declined. However, had I not been there, they would have come in without my things being secured as it clearly stated the room would not be cleaned. I had previously read a review from last month about this same thing happening and things being stolen. So if they plan to clean rooms daily, it needs to be updated to say this on the app and website. Other than this one small complaint, everything was great. Very close to the train but the noise was not an issue to me.

I stayed in The Element. The AC and Element are in the same building. The beds are very comfortable and the hotel is right near a train line. The breakfast (not included unless you have status) is very good and varies by dad. The bar is amazing and the views from the deck are amazing!

Brickell is very walkable to many restaurants, bars, and mom/pop shops. Would highly recommend to my friends and family!

I had high hopes for the Element Hotel Brickell, but my experience was far from pleasant. First off, the phone in the room to contact the front desk or housekeeping didn’t work, which made getting assistance inconvenient. The air conditioning was unbearably loud, making it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. To make matters worse, the bed sheets had visible stains on them, which was completely unacceptable.

The “breakfast” offered was also underwhelming—just three types of pastries, some eggs, and a bit of fruit. It felt like an afterthought rather than a proper meal. For the price and expectations, this hotel did not meet the mark. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless these issues are addressed.

The valet staff was outstanding! The hotel staff featuring the manager, Melissa took care of everything that was ever needed and I can't wait to come back. This location in Miami was perfect for our needs and a short ride to take care of our business.

Hello My Husband and I Stayed there this week . The Staff was awful I have eggs allergies and nut allergies. The breakfast was awful. The staff on the breakfast staff was awful. They need to know how to speak English. I’m sorry but so real we are Marriott Bonvoy platinum. I would never stay at one again. but my bartender on both sides was amazing. Specially the young lady on the pool side I gave her five stars. And the African American Lady was Amazing. 5 stars

My first time in Miami and I am glad I stayed here! Overall we had a great time staying at this hotel. It is in a great area except for the train. I should’ve knew it would be loud when I walked in and saw ear plugs on the nightstand. The breakfast is free but it is not worth getting out of bed for. The billing system is very weird and makes it very hard to understand the bill. The credit you have to pay for can’t be used in the market, so it is kind of dumb to have if you don’t eat/drink at the restaurant/bar. Paula and Kayla were very welcoming and had excellent customer service at the front desk.

Location in Brickell is great. Hotel layout is just weird. For example, lobby is on the 6th floor, but staff doesn't great you on first floor so it's not obvious where to go. The hotel is split into an AC and Element. Elevators seemed slow. Room was generally clean and comfortable. Bed was very nice.

Never stay here if you want to sleep. Normally I’m ok with a city hotel and there is going to be noise. But the staff here are just clueless or don’t care. Not sure which.

I’m the highest tier possible in Marriott. Suppose to come with a bit of courtesy and helpfulness.

I get to the hotel late, 5 am. I checked in online but the the reception give me a hard time for not coming to the desk. How I’m supposed to do that from a plane, not sure.

I ask for a quiet room. I know this hotel half of it is on the train side. Which doesn’t bother me too bad.

She puts me right outside a beeping elevator where the housekeeping stages their morning work. After 40 minutes I have to change rooms. Which I’m sure everyone who has done a long flight can understand it a bit frustrating.

Genius puts me on a lower floor. Which seems ok. I get some sleep. But the next night at 2am im woken up by my whole room shaking. There is a club. Bass so strong that I can’t sleep after 3 am until it closes around 4.

There is no way this hotel isn’t aware of the club.

I have had my company do 3-4 events based from this hotel but this is our last stay here. Stupidity is just not worth the slightly lower cost.

Instead of just putting me in the other side of the hotel, the staff is trained to try and get as many people in the loud side checked in for some reason. It’s just dumb. And a shred of common sense would not have ruined this trip for me.
