I hated the receptionist. I know the school may not be represented by just one employee, but this lady is the face of how people connect with the school. A receptionist should be courteous and have social skills. It should be easy to replace her, and it would benefit the school, especially during the enrollment season."

The Lady at the front desk has a very rude customer service. I will have to move lone star college. I talked to them before and they always very helpfully and professional.

The customer service is horrible when I call and ask questions and if they don’t know how to properly help they just hang up in your face. This is happened to me twice would not recommend this school at all.

Taxpayers should be extremely proud of this facility. It's modern and yet it still has the familiar feeling of the other campuses.

Building is still under construction but it looks like a updated modern place . Seems like a great place to go to school and get a education
